Bringing It Together

Our focus with this project was to bring together three disjoint spaces. The owner had a beautiful outdoor living area, sun room, and a kitchen that just didn’t flow together. By removing walls, changing the sun room door, and removing the grids from the windows, the spaces are tied together and create a open, inviting […] read more

Traditional and Natural

We didn’t dramatically change the layout of this kitchen but we were able to add a pantry cabinet, more countertop space, and more storage room. The old space was not well lit so we added a number of recessed lights taking care to space them properly, added under cabinet lights, and new pendants over the […] read more

Contemporary Flair

Refreshed

This home was built in the mid-70s. We relocated the oven and installed a large wine cooler. Natural materials were used through out the renovation and sleek black granite and stainless steel appliances are balanced by the warm-toned cherry cabinets. By using renderings, clients can visualize their finished project before construction begins. [contentdivider] Gallery [h6]Click […] read more

After the Flood

We worked with the existing floor plan and made minor changes to the cabinetry to create additional storage and provide a more finished, upscale look. By managing product selections, we were able to closely manage costs while still creating a kitchen that has a […] read more

More Head Room

To make this kitchen more spacious, we removed the old soffit and installed recessed lighting. The under cabinet lights provide task lighting while the black appliances add a contemporary touch to a traditional look. In order to get this condominium ready to sell, we updated the kitchen and bathrooms as well as installing new carpet and paint through out the unit. A built in microwave freed up countertop space. Simple cabinets were installed and the existing appliances were cleaned. The budget was met and the unit sold in a […] read more
